Go to start > run

Type gpedit.msc press ok

Select Computer Configuration>Administrative Templates>network>QoS Packet Scheduler

Double click Limit reservable bandwith

Seleect setting tab on Limit reservable bandwith Propoties

Select Enable on Bandwith limit(%) dialog box

Adjust to 0 and ok

Go to Starts > Program > Internet Explorer

Right click and select Properties

Select Shortcut tab in Internet Explorer Properties dialog box

For dropdown menu Run: select Maximized

Click OK

Go to NotePad

Go to menu Format > Word Wrap

Windows Task Manager

When your windows xp hang, nothing response . You have to stop some applications that not responding.

Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete shows Window Task Manager dialog box.

Select applications that Not Responding status.

Click End Task
